Global Regulatory Partners Japan

Clear, compliant bilingual site for a leading MAH in Japan
visit website

The Brief

Global Regulatory Partners (GRP) Japan required a website that appropriately and accurately represented its role as a Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) in Japan, while remaining aligned with GRP’s global presence. The primary objective was the responsible presentation of regulatory, product, and corporate information for patients, healthcare professionals, and business partners.

Netwise was tasked with designing and building a modern, bilingual website that prioritizes accuracy, clarity of information, and consistency across audiences.

Our Audience

The website was designed to serve clearly defined audiences with different informational needs. The primary audience consists of patients and healthcare professionals who require clear and reliable access to product information. A secondary audience includes potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders in Japan who need an accurate understanding of GRP Japan’s capabilities.

Navigation was structured so users can reach patient-oriented or healthcare professional–oriented content directly, without unnecessary steps.

The Process

Netwise was responsible for the design and development work from requirements definition through launch, operating under a clearly defined scope and an accelerated schedule. Close coordination and responsive communication were essential throughout the project, particularly given the bilingual working environment.

Based on the approved requirements, Netwise organized the site structure, defined page types, and produced homepage wireframes to establish the overall layout. Eight responsive templates were then designed to support corporate information, product pages, and news content, followed by development and testing.

Booking Widget

We created an always-on booking widget in the footer which can be either docked or left deployed as you like. It allows for one-click access anywhere in the website, on desktop, tablet, or smartphone, to the room and restaurant booking functions, in addition to Club InterContinental content.

The smartphone experience is much the same, though we elected to use the entire screen for the booking forms. Tabs make it easy to switch between Room and Table reservations. Phone inquiries are merely a tap away.

In the end we were able to create an exceptionally well-optimized responsive design that looks and works great pretty much everywhere. Controls are easily accessible, pages load quickly, and global navigation elements are docked neatly out of the way when scrolling down in read mode. And of course it’s fully multilingual.

The Result

The completed GRP Japan website provides a reliable and professional online presence that reflects the company’s regulatory expertise in Japan. Information is presented in a structured, audience-appropriate manner, allowing patients and healthcare professionals to access relevant content efficiently while ensuring corporate messaging remains clear and consistent.

The project was delivered within a tight timeline through close coordination and responsive support, establishing a trusted working relationship between GRP Japan and Netwise.

We had to rebuild our entire website on an extremely tight deadline. Partnering with Netwise was outstanding. Not only did they deliver on time, but they did so in a way that was truly customer-focused and transparent. Whether we had specific requests or just questions, their responses were always prompt, helpful, and right on point. That level of support has continued as they maintain and improve our website. It’s a real comfort to have a business partner we can truly trust.
