The Process

To kick things we off we performed competitor research, looking closely at five different competitors’ online presence and positioning before providing the client with our findings, a technical summary, and recommendations.
We then conducted a requirements definition process through discussion and ideation with various client stakeholders, and used this as the basic for a formal project proposal and scope of work. Once signed we got started, following our standard website development process and kicking off with information architecture, including the content structure of the website (sitemap) and per-template page layouts.

The Results

The website welcomes 10,000 visitors a month, 85% of whom find it via organic search. Appearing in the first position among Google search results for the crucial keyword 5-ALA certainly doesn’t hurt. SBI Pharma got just what they asked for: a good-looking, professional website that ranks well and converts many of its visitors.
