Building a better online sales channel for this global brand
Massachusetts-based Berkshire Corporation is a global innovator of contamination control products and cleanroom supplies for critical and controlled environments. They needed a new face for their Japanese online presence and a better B2B product portal for serving their customers there.
Netwise designed and developed a Magento-based B2B and brand website which puts detailed product data and technical documentation in the hands of Berkshire’s Japanese customers and distributors. Though launched initially in catalog mode, full shopping functionality can be turned on at the flip of a switch.
A new responsive design means the website works well and looks great on all devices, from PCs to tablets to smartphones, while on-site search engine optimization ensures that the new website will appear among search results for the search keywords that matter. Finally, we integrated the inquiry and download requests forms with Berkshire’s CRM system so that website leads get entered into to automatically.
