My Peace is a “Personal iPS Cell Banking Service” launched by Palo Alto-based biotech startup I Peace, with which we have worked with for some years. A pioneer in the cell banking space, My Peace offers a wide range of services, including comprehensive medical exams to customers who wish to utilize their iPS cell banking services.
We were tasked with developing a web-based business system and website for My Peace that would explain details and benefits of the service, while at the same time incorporating robust operational functionality for onboarding applicants and automating various workflows. To this end we not only designed and developed the technology end-product, but also were heavily involved in developing the system specifications and operational workflows. Later, we localized the platform into English, Arabic, and Chinese.

More than just a beautiful website, the WordPress-based platfrom also incorporates a full-featured business management system which allows admins to manage the entire customer lifecycle, and with website content in four key languages it’s possible for My Peace to reach consumers all over the world.
