- Review, Analysis and Reporting
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Landing Page Optimization (LPO)
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Optimization (SMO)
Required Skills/Experience
- Native-level Japanese, conversational English
- 3-5 Years experience in marketing planning, media buying, etc.
- Experience executing and managing advertising campaigns using SEM/PPC, affiliates and display advertising
- Experience with planning, executing and analysing online marketing plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled at budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Keen attention to detail
This is a full-time permanent position with compensation based on skills and experience. Japanese candidates preferred.
Junior Web Designer
Responsibilities
- Create banners and other creatives
- Design and code HTML email newsletters
- Update and manage website and online store content via CMS
- Coordinate website modifications, enhancements, new features, etc. with local and remote development resources
Required Skills/Experience
- Native-level Japanese, conversational English
- Experience with using Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
- Experience managing website content with CMSs
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
This is an entry-level position with compensation based on skills and experience. Japanese candidates preferred.
Web Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage web design and development projects
- Coordinate support activities and assign tasks to other team members
- Work with clients to define and clarify project goals and requirements, then convey these to project team members
- Monitor, track and report on project status for multiple concurrent projects
- Create project proposals and quotes
- Report regularly to clients, management and project team members about project status, changes in scope or schedule and the like
- Assist with pre-sales activities
Required Skills/Experience
- Native-level Japanese, business-level English
- Experience participating in or managing web design and development projects of 3-4 months in duration
- Experience creating project plans and schedules
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM apps
- Understanding of the web design and development process and the key phases involved
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
