Web Project Manager
Netwise, a web design and marketing agency based in Aoyama, seeks an experienced, bi-lingual Web Project Manager to join our growing team of web professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate and manage web design and development projects
- Coordinate support activities and assign tasks to other team members
- Work with clients to define and clarify project goals and requirements, then convey these to project team members
- Monitor, track and report on project status for multiple concurrent projects
- Create project proposals and quotes
- Report regularly to clients, management and project team members about project status, changes in scope or schedule and the like
- Assist with pre-sales activities
Required Skills/Experience
- Native-level Japanese, business-level English
- Experience participating in or managing web design and development projects of 3-4 months in duration
- Experience creating project plans and schedules
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM apps
- Understanding of the web design and development process and the key phases involved
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
This is a full-time permanent position with compensation based on skills and experience. Japanese candidates preferred.
